Rebel Assistant is owned and operated by Rebel Tech Labs Inc. and founded by Christie Tufts. All original Rebel Assistant and Rebel Tech Labs Inc. branding, logos, product names, interface copy, software, workflows, prompts, strategy frameworks, and related creative materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Active users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Rebel Assistant for authorized personal or business operations. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, brand, source code, visual identity, prompt systems, or creative assets.

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Rebel Assistant.
• Do not use Rebel Assistant or Rebel Tech Labs Inc. marks without written permission.
• Do not remove copyright, ownership, or founder attribution notices.
• Do not reverse engineer or extract proprietary workflows, prompts, or systems.

Founder Attribution

Founder attribution belongs to Christie Tufts. References to the founder, Rebel Tech Labs Inc., and Rebel Assistant may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or ownership without written permission.
