1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Rebel Assistant at rebelassist.app or through Rebel Tech Labs Inc. properties, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Owner and Operator

Rebel Assistant is owned and operated by Rebel Tech Labs Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, and founded by Christie Tufts. Rebel Tech Labs Inc. owns the Rebel Assistant brand, product identity, software experience, original copy, workflows, and visual assets except where third-party materials are separately licensed.

3. Service

Rebel Assistant provides AI-assisted business support, onboarding, profile personalization, psychometric interpretation, automation planning, and executive workflow tools. Outputs are informational and operational support, not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

4. Consent and Connected Data

Some features require your explicit consent before we store your profile, birth, business, or connected-account data. By checking the onboarding consent box and continuing, you authorize us to save that information for profile personalization, psychometrics, and automation workflows.

Connected bank and third-party account data is only used through the provider's authorization flow. If future email or calendar connections are added, they will use the provider's own OAuth or sign-in process instead of a plain text password prompt.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
• Review AI-generated content before sending, publishing, or relying on it.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or misuse the service.

6. Intellectual Property

Rebel Assistant, Rebel Tech Labs Inc., related logos, product names, interface copy, software, workflows, and original creative materials are protected intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for your own authorized business or personal operations.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue features as the app evolves. We may also update these terms by posting a newer version on this page.
